28 DAY MIND, BODY, SPIRIT CLEANSE
What a pleasure to have you join me on an incredible journey towards self-love
Mind, Body and Spirit.
Just a few more weeks until the end of 2017, take this time to dig deep and cleanse our insides as well as our outsides.
This is not considered a fast but more of a cleanse and refocus, back to ourselves so that we are able to give back to others in a more remarkable way.
I decided to clear not only my body but also my mind and spirit so I’ve created a few exercises to help with my intentions.
During your 28 days you must not include meat and alcohol in your diet and allow yourself to focus more on living that vegetarian / Vegan lifestyle. I would also suggest you giving up two things you love and crave most to focus your attention on you and your health and not your cravings.
So here’s what I am doing:
Clearing the mind … In this busy world of ours, the mind is constantly pulled from pillar to post, scattering our thoughts and emotions and leaving us feeling stressed, highly-strung and at times quite anxious.
I’ve always spent my evenings and mornings with meditation. 30 minutes of meditation/prayer in the evening and 15 minutes of meditation/prayer in the early morning. This includes me waking up at 6am to meditate/pray before sunrise.
Breathing - Spend more time breathing properly. Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. Great way to get the energy moving around the body and keeping focused. Start by breathing in and out slowly. One cycle should last for approximately 5 seconds. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, letting your breath flow effortlessly in and out of your body.
Mindfulness - Let go of your thoughts for a minute. Let go of things you have to do later today or pending projects that need your attention. Simply let yourself be still for one minute. Slow down and enjoy the present moment. Allow yourself to just BE.
Journaling – Get it all out on paper and then release it. I started Morning Pages. (You can also do this in the evening as well) It helps with a clearer mind, Less anxiety and brighter ideas. There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages. They are basically about anything and everything that crosses your mind– and they are for your eyes only. Do not over-think Morning Pages: just put three pages of anything on the page…and then do three more pages the next day and so on.
Get to bed earlier. More time to rest, recover and refresh.
Working with Crystals. I have many, but my favorite that I will suggest are Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz ,Pyrite and Selenite.
I’m a yoga girl for sure. So I highly suggest to get into a routine of either 30 min yoga or some cardio everyday.
No Alcohol or Sugar
Dry body brush before every shower to help remove the toxins. (Use a organic brush mostly sold at whole foods)
If possible, schedule a massage to help with the circulation of your body and also consider it a special treat to yourself.

I’ve created a spiritual space for myself. Where I spend praying, meditating and writing. I have my bible, candles, Incense, Sage, Sweet Grass and Palo Santo sticks.
I spend a lot of time in this space. It’s a time where I value and cherish my moments with God, My Angels, Spiritual Guides and myself instead of wasting my days away.
I also enjoy a peaceful Raw Cacao ritual with my morning stillness time. Cacao has no sugary sweeteners. You can purchase Raw Cacao Powders or wafers from Whole Foods. I like to add warm Almond Milk, Cayenne Pepper, Nutmeg and Cinnamon. While preparing your Cacao its always good to pray over it and sit with it in your Spiritual Space giving thanks for that moment and all that you have in your life. A Morning of peace while counting your blessing’s.

Make a spiritual place for yourself. ...
Pick up the following: incense, candles, a pillow to sit on, some sage, an egg and a bowl. ...
Sit down in your spiritual space and begin to light your candles and incense. ...
Put your hands in your lap and begin to scan your body. ...
Turn your mind inward.
Begin counting your blessings
Venture out and engage with life again.
