Hello Ladies! I hope you all experienced a very laid back and relaxing day focusing on you and gratitude. I spent today, speaking with close friends and reminding them of how grateful I am to have them in my life. I enjoyed my green juice but mostly room temperature water for the remaining of the day. I felt so energized and filled with joy knowing that it's not only food that restores me but mainly leaning more on my faith and reminding myself of my power. I wanted to design a day filled with love, gratitude and creating unforgivable moments. And that has definitely been accomplished.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to blog as much as I had wanted due to my daughter truly being my side kick and making sure I don't forget the moments her and I create together. (This child has way TOOOOO much energy lol) Anyhow, let's close out this evening before bed with a bath or shower. Literally rinsing off any anxiety or left over worry that may be lingering on. If you have Epson salt, rub it over your body in the shower to help with cleansing your aura. After light a candle and repeat " This is all I have to do to remember who I am and who's I am. I do this for the benefit of myself, others and the world" this is my everyday Sadhana that I practice and thought I would share it with you all. After reciting that you may blow it out and carry on with your evening.
If you can call up someone or send them a heartfelt text letting them know how grateful you are to have them in your lives. It's moments like that that will brighten someone's day or help close out their evening.
