Hello Beloveds!

We have arrived to week #4, our finale for April's Women Fast Wednesday.

I am so proud of everyone for taking out the time to do the work and show up for yourself. I know it can be challenging at times, however, you did it! Be proud of yourselves as well.

This will be our finale for April. We will resume in June and do this every other month moving forward. I will keep you posted with details for sure.

So let's get started for today. I wanted to end April's Women Fast Wednesday with the title of "Peace".

As I was having a conversation with my friend yesterday, we discussed "Peace". She shared that it is what she is needing so bad in her life at this moment. I was reminded of my journey towards peace and how much work I had to do to maintain it. I've learned that peace is within. We create our own peace. Let's look at the definition of peace.

"Peace - freedom from disturbance; tranquility. A state or period in which there is no war or a war has ended. "

Peace can be so many things, from letting go, to calming your mind, decluttering, as well as just finding stillness within. I want you to take time out today and simply say, "Peace be still". It's time to settle the mind and truly dive deep into your peace and be still in this moment. It hasn't left you. It's there within you, waiting to be ignited by those powerful words "Peace Be Still".

I highly recommend listening to Pastor Mike Walrond of FCBC NYC from my home church in Harlem, NY https://fcbcnyc.org

His sermon on "I AM A STORM STILLER" yes that's correct "Stiller" (no mistakes on this wording) is such a powerful sermon. its definitely a must watch.

While cultivating more peace into your lives today, remember, you create your peace of mind by the things you do and you lock it in by incorporating that into your lifestyle daily.

Certain situations will definitely be out of your control at times, however, just remember you are in control of peace. Take each day as it comes and live in the present moment.

Today I would like for you to list your 7 priorities and incorporate them into your life today and moving forward. The more we focus on our priorities the less anxiety and worry we attract in our daily lives, the closer we are to our peace.

Hello Beloveds!

I would first like to welcome the new members as well as the returning members of our Women Fast Wednesday.

You have made it to week #3 and I am so proud of all of you. It brings me great joy when I read my emails and Instagram DM's with you all keeping me updated on your progress. I do understand that it hasn't been as easy for some. But guess what, you showed up for yourself and kept going. YOU didn't give up and that takes great courage.

I am super excited about today and our focus. Today's new moon is in Taurus and to top it off its Earth Day! The vibes are on an all time high. Start your morning off with, a grounding meditation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXTSsoztc5U this is by far one of my favorites and it will only take literally 4 minutes. With the New Moon in Taurus and Taurus being the first of the earth signs, its definitely a great way to celebrate Earth Day at its finest.

Let's take today to savor in a particular moment. With so many handling this pandemic differently then others, how about we learn to savor in a moment that makes us happy. The art of savoring is stepping outside of your current situation and truly experience life, to review it and to appreciate it more. Savoring intensifies and lengthens the positive emotions that come when you are doing something you love. You would start off by choosing one experience that you really enjoy. It could be a warm bath, your favorite tea or fresh juice, a walk outside or any moment / experience that you really enjoy. Make sure you stay in the moment the entire time. When doing this, really appreciate how blessed you are to enjoy such an amazing experience.

Bringing our focus back to ourselves for the day #WomenFastWednesday, don't forget to love on you a bit more than you did yesterday. Create your own reality. the more you focus on what is actually good for you, you leave no room for thoughts that will weigh heavy on your spirit. If you are finding it rather challenging do not hesitate to call on your angels or ancestors and ask for guidance. It's ok to ask them, this is why they are here for us.

I have listed below I few things for our newbies and I quicker reminder:

Hello Ladies! I hope you all experienced a very laid back and relaxing day focusing on you and gratitude. I spent today, speaking with close friends and reminding them of how grateful I am to have them in my life. I enjoyed my green juice but mostly room temperature water for the remaining of the day. I felt so energized and filled with joy knowing that it's not only food that restores me but mainly leaning more on my faith and reminding myself of my power. I wanted to design a day filled with love, gratitude and creating unforgivable moments. And that has definitely been accomplished.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to blog as much as I had wanted due to my daughter truly being my side kick and making sure I don't forget the moments her and I create together. (This child has way TOOOOO much energy lol) Anyhow, let's close out this evening before bed with a bath or shower. Literally rinsing off any anxiety or left over worry that may be lingering on. If you have Epson salt, rub it over your body in the shower to help with cleansing your aura. After light a candle and repeat " This is all I have to do to remember who I am and who's I am. I do this for the benefit of myself, others and the world" this is my everyday Sadhana that I practice and thought I would share it with you all. After reciting that you may blow it out and carry on with your evening.

If you can call up someone or send them a heartfelt text letting them know how grateful you are to have them in your lives. It's moments like that that will brighten someone's day or help close out their evening.

Text or email me and let me know how your day went!

Love, light and healing energy to you all.

If anyone is interested in receiving Reiki Distant healing, feel free to text me and I will do it during my evening Meditation. 🙏🏾
